drawing....again.

so anyway, that comic i put on hold a month and a half ago (The Umbrella Academy: Dallas. volume version) FINALLY came to the library i got it sent to and i went to go pick it up today. one word: BLOWN! my mind is BLOWN. it's more violent than the last volume (Apocalypse Suite) and wow, although it would probably make no sense to my friend Tre, (she reads stuff like Percy Jackson and Cathy Cassidy. blergh!) it made perfect sense to me. wow, i finally realise why No.5 is so weird: HE HAS BLOOD FROM EVERY EVIL ASSASSIN DUDE EVER KNOWN!!! yeah my questions are pretty much answered. 

so anyway, getting to the title, because the version of TUA i have right now is the version with all the issues in them, i saw the cover for Vol.4 and i decided to draw it. just some words of wisdom, shadowing is harder than it looks. GABRIELLE BA MAKES EVERYTHING LOOK SO EASY! damn i wish i was as good as him...so anyway, here is the original:

yeah ok my drawings will NEVER be like Gabrielle's. also i know that the title isn't the same as the original, i needed to have dinner so i sorta rushed it. so far, it's incomplete and i will fix up the title and finish The Rumour's left shoulder later. then i'll post it again. also, don't judge the tones because i literally only used 1 mechanical pencil to draw all of what i've done so far. i also did another drawing of the skeleton Black Parade and here it is: (i have been meaning to post this pic for WEEKS) 

yeah it's not as good as the U.A one, i know.
